Each studio is designed to ignite your inner fire in a space designed to prioritize longevity, physical + mental health. Break free from the fitness monotony + reclaim your time. Each 30 minute stackable class cuts out all the bullshit + is designed to fight against you while working with your body mechanics.  We believe it is not about the time you put in but what you put in the time. The days of multiple memberships + standing in a Starbucks line are over.

Your clean fuel will await you as you leave class. Wellness extends beyond a good workout. That’s why all of our nourishment, coffee + smoothie ingredients are:

WHY 30-MINUTES?

Because we value your time. Each fitness class promises maximum muscle activation, an increased metabolic rate + results in the least amount of time.  Our Method is carefully designed to challenge you + waste no time.  Strength training at Noble can lead to excess post exercise oxygen consumption, that afterburner effect were the body expends calories at an accelerated rate for 23 hours due to the energy required to repair + recover muscles.  Your average hiit class will not do that.  We train for muscle endurance, longevity + to be fatigue resistant, continuallly working on reactive variability, with your body as the motor or fighting against an external force leading to maximum gains.

Who can say they do not have 30 minutes to dedicate to themself?

If you find yourself craving more than 30 minutes, we’ve designed for that, too.  Try a stack.  With only 10 minutes between classes + rooms running simultaneously, you can take classes back to back in any combination you choose. At Noble, this is about you, your time, your workout as you need it each + every day.
