Anyone can create in inense workout, that’s not our goal. Our goal is longevity backed by the latest science. Most group fitness fasses default to full boxy formats packed with combo moves, possible some sporadic cardio + a wide range of muscles used gloabally — that approach can dilute effectiveness, limit msucle growth, delay recovery + increase the risk of overuse injuries. At Noble we take a different appraoch, one based on the latest research: each session in SWTICH targets just 2 muslce groups + each session in SCULPT targets just 3 distinct muscle groups with a pure strength focus— minimul combo moves + maximal intent. This allows for proper mechanical overload + enough muscle stimulus to spark growth, with recovery built right into the structure as you will not see the same muscles the next day. SPAR is designed for strength + VO2 max based on the latest reserach as well. It’s all grounded in science: muscles need sufficient mechanical load + time to repair. That’s how real strenght is built + real change begins.

Whether you train a few days a week or seven days a week, your body stays balanced, has time for recovery + repair (when the muscels can grow) + lessening nergous system + neuromuscluar fatigue. WHY 30-MINUTES?

Because we value your time + our goal is to make the most of it. Each fitness class promises maximum muscle activation, an increased metabolic rate + results in the least amount of time.  Our Method is carefully designed to challenge you + waste no time.  Science says the first rep or two, the first push, are the most important. Your body has the least amount of fatigue. As neuromuscular fatigue sinks in, you actually recruit less of the muscle in your workout + your body produces less high quality work. Higher quality reduces injury, motor recruitment is the most efficient in the begninning + this also means you can keep your reps heavier with better form working towards progressive overload. This is efficiencty. Time is valuable + with the stressors of the world today, unnecessary added stress is bullshit. Why added it to your workout. You do not need to leave drained, drenched in sweat or even get the shakes during your workout to build muscle, improve strength, your health + body composition, you need the correct stimulus properly challenging your muscles. When you stick to the latest science of muscle development, almost any goal you can have regarding your workouts can be achieved without burning out (with proper rest + nutrition).

Strength training at Noble can lead to excess post exercise oxygen consumption, that afterburner effect were the body expends calories at an accelerated rate for 23 hours due to the energy required to repair + recover muscles.  Your average hiit class will not do that.  We train for muscle longevity + to be fatigue resistant, continuallly working overload + reactive variability, with your body as the motor or fighting against an external force leading to maximum gains done strategically so you can properly recover (when the building happens).
