This isn’t just another HIIT class. SWITCH is a 30 minute , science-backed, strength-based circuit training experience built to deliver real results using cutting edge + innovated equipment. SWITCH fuses the energy of group training with the results of focusesd, progressive strength work. We don’t crush every muscle group every class. Instead we target just two major muscle groups (not to be confused with repeated in the following days) for extra stimulus to the muscles + designed to overload your muscles without overloading your nervous system, focusing solely on strength, on purpose with built in recovery. Similar formats can spread the work too thin: too many muscles, too little mechanical load, a large nervous system demand.
In SWITCH you will train one muscle zone at a time, for more mechanical load, more control, greater output + greater stimulus to the muscle which leads to big strength gains + muscle growth as well as time to repair. You will isolate muscles with smart angles, full ranges, + enough resistance to make each set matter. You will work for 70-90 second intervals (based on science) to approach muscular fatigue without tipping into system overload, building stronger tissue in less time, not just chasing exhaustion or stepping out of strenght + into endurance. We train for adaptation, not distraction. Exercises might look simpler - but really, they are intentionally selected to reduce compensations, increase muscle activation + adaptation + drive better results. Our goal is not to leave you shaking from instability or fried from full-body chaos. We anchor your movement + amplify your output. You will leave switched on - not wiped out. The environment? We have dark lighting not for intimidation, but to help you lock in, lose distraction + dig deeper.
