SCULPT where the science of muscle overload meets the breath work + core principles of pilates using the XFormer machine with spring-based tension, engaging your muscles with variable tension through their full range. Gentle on the joints + spine but intense where it matters. Set in a dark-lit room with loud beats synced to music.

The main difference between SCULPT + similar formats, behind the programming. This isn’t endurance focused training or full-body choreography with back to back repeated muscle usage for the extra burn + endurance — it’s strategic strength work built for muscular adaptation. Each class targets two-three distinct muscle groups, chosen with purpose, to allow for focused overload, neural efficiency, improved metabolic health, improved hormonal profile, improved insulin sensitivity, true recovery, bone density, increased lean body muscle mass, protect against injury over time, + longevity. The main focus is strength + you will also get a fusion of cardio, balance, flexibility, + constant core-engagement, challenging your muscles to work close to failure.  Quick transitions between moves keep the heart rate + intensity high. While we don’t program for the burns or focus on stacking muscles or for the shakes just to light you up, in exchange, we bring focused strength training that builds muslce, supports recovery + leads to long-term progress.
