SCULPT

High-Intensity, Low-Impact, All Strength

SCULPT is strength training mashed with pilates principles utilizing spring based tension on the Xformer machine in a dark lit room, with loud beats synced to music.   A fusion of strength, cardio, balance, flexibility, + constant core-engagement challenging your muscles to work close to failure.  Quick transitions between moves keep the heart rate and intensity high without adding stress to the joints + spine while maximizing time under tension.  This is not a pilates class.

Grip socks are required for SCULPT.  They are available for purchase at the front desk.
